Janel Koloski is a New York–based actor with a 15-year career spanning television, film, theater, and commercials. Known for her ability to bring layered, authentic performances to the screen, Janel has worked with major brands and award-winning creatives, appearing in network TV shows, independent films, and global ad campaigns.
Janel has appeared on Dynasty, Servant, American Horror Story, and Black Rabbit, portraying characters with at first glance elegant but with an underlying edge, and dash of quirk. In addition to her work on screen, Janel draws on her background as a professional model, host, producer, and coach, a seasoned professional, with the ability to pivot between roles with a storyteller’s emotional core.
Beyond acting, Janel brings her experience as a creative entrepreneur, documentary producer, and human rights advocate into her craft, giving her characters a lived-in authenticity that resonates on screen. She is currently developing projects that explore human connection, empathy, and acceptance, with a particular focus on stories that amplify underrepresented voices.
When she’s not on set, Janel can be found exploring the Poconos and beyond with her husband, children and bunny Fig.
